Helios IP Force – IP Intercom
Secure access control and monitoring of a building entrance
The Helios IP Force IP intercom offers a smart and effective solution for the secure access control and monitoring of a building entrance. Voice and video transmission are provided by standard SIP/RTP/RTSP protocols, which guarantee the best compatibility and integration with third-party IP systems.
The Helios IP Force is designed for operation in the most demanding conditions. The robust mechanical construction offers the highest protective coverage rating against dust and water and protection against mechanical damage (vandal-resistant). Numerous deluxe features of the Helios IP Force provide high user comfort and guarantee secure access control for any extreme environment.
The intercom targets organisations from a variety of sectors and verticals, including business (offices, shopping areas), education (universities, campuses, schools, sports areas), healthcare (hospitals, laboratories), logistics and transportation (airports, parking lots or garages), government (prisons), and industries (manufacturing and production, energy, metal and mining, chemicals).

Helios IP Force – IP Intercom – Extensive Functionality
Real-time integration with Tensor's facial recognition access control
The Helios IP Force can send real-life video streams to the Tensor facial recognition access control system. The Facial Recognition Software will detect the face of the person looking at the camera and compare it against its existing database of authorized personnel (or possible blacklists). If a match is found, access is either granted or denied, based on the person’s specific credentials.
Practical use: The Helios IP Force can be used as a standard IP camera, which can transmit real-time video footage to the Tensor facial recognition software for subject identification.
Real-time video streaming
The Helios IP Force can offer continuous video streaming from an integrated camera of another system, which can record or otherwise process it. The main transmission is made by an RTSP protocol, which is commonly supported by 3rd party systems.
Practical use: The Helios IP Force can be used as a standard IP camera, which can be integrated into the security system of the building.
Helios IP Manager
A PC application that is used to manage the configuration and multiple settings of all Helios IP intercoms installed within the building. It enables you to divide the building into zones, create user groups, set access rights, and manage phone numbers, lists, etc.
Practical use: The application will save you time on configuration, especially with multiple installations. The configuration of the entire system can be clearly managed from one place and all the changes synchronised by pressing a single button.
Helios IP Eye
A free downloadable application that allows you to watch a video from the camera of the Helios IP Force on your PC. You can watch a video from a selected intercom, or set it such that you will see the video even before picking up the incoming call.
Practical use: You will see the person who is standing in front of the door, even before you pick up the call on your IP phone. By pressing only one button in the application you can easily open the door.
Time profiles
The time profile feature enables the limitation of calling to selected numbers and defines the validity of access codes or RFID cards, using a weekly calendar.
Practical use: You can simply define a time profile for a particular person. For example, for a cleaning service worker or the postman, who will be denied access after business hours.
Remote trigger switch control
The relays of the Helios IP Force can be simply closed/opened from any other device by an HTTP command.
Practical use: Integration into a home automation system, for example. Electric locks can be controlled from a central panel, independently call operated.
IP Relay
IP relay can be used as a reliable solution for the remote control of appliances that cannot be, for security reasons, connected directly to the Helios IP Force. IP relay is connected to the local network and is controlled by the commands for closing and opening.
Practical use: The IP relay will be connected to the LAN in the protected locale. It will be connected to the door lock controller. When a code is entered for opening a door, an HTTP command will be sent from the Helios IP Force to the IP relay for opening or closing the door.
IP intercom integration into security and automation systems
The Helios IP Force IP intercom provides a standardised communication interface, through which standard security or attendance systems can be connected. It has Ethernet, Wiegand, RS-485, or digital input and output.
Practical use: An integrated RFID card reader can be connected to your security system supporting a Wiegand interface. You can connect an already existing system to the Helios IP Force.
Picture to e-mail
The Helios IP Force sends pictures directly to your e-mail box, of visitors captured by an integrated camera when they call.
Practical use: Information about visitors who didn’t catch you can find in your incoming e-mail box, with the exact time of the missed call and with several pictures from the camera.
